Congratulations to Kingston's Brian Perkins whose scratch-built 35% scale Bristol Scout is on the cover of the February edition of Model Airplane News as the Best in Show winner of the 2019 Old Rhinebeck WW I RC Jamboree. Brian's Scout was last on a magazine cover on the January 2015 issue of Model Aviation Canada.
