We managed to get our hands on a small amount of 2018 Gut Oggau Theodora & Atanasius. . Featured above, Theodora is a natural white wine from Burgenland, Austria, and is a blend of Grner Veltliner and Welschriesling varieties. . Once in the winery, the grape goes through spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in wooden barrels for 8 months. It is bottled without clarification, filtration or adding sulphites. ... .
