This is a project our team has worked on for the last almost 2 years. We were engaged shortly after The Semiahmoo First Nation received written notice of termination from the City of White Rock. This meant they had 18 months to find another source for their water. By building a better relationship with media, bringing in a team of experts in various fields, including Steve Stew from SCS Consulting, and strategically organizing our efforts I’m happy to report we’ve facilitated... the signing of a historic agreement between the City of Surrey and the Semiahmoo First Nation which means they won’t have to boil their drinking water for the first time in over a decade, and for the first time in history their community will a connection to a municipal sewer system and enough water for fire protection. This represents a major victory that the Nation has been working towards for over 40 years. I’m humbled and honoured all at the same time to be working on such a meaningful project.

We've added an experienced Indigenous treaty negotiator with strong organization and project management skills.
