I hope each and everyone of you are doing well today :). I would like to ask a question that is well, important to me as I am a huge foodie at heart. What is your go to comfort food currently? Right now mine is Natural Pastures Brie (Comox Valley) with roasted garlic, That's my Jam pepper jelly and Savor organic crackers (Ontario).... If you have not tried this combination, please do!. Comox Brie from Natural Pastures is some of the creamiest, softest and most flavorful Brie ever. No smell comes from the rind like other Bries no mushroom taste either, you can eat the rind it is soft and the best way to eat it is at room temperature. I was a non Brieliever before Natural Pastures came into my life. Oh they have other cheese. I love them all. If you ever get the chance please visit their store in the Valley and see for yourself. I am not sure the procedures now with Covid19 bit give them a call. Thrifties and QF definitely carry most of their cheeses. If you like a sharp cheese paired with your soft Brie's and Camembert then the cheese you will need is the Farmhouse also made by Natural Pastures. It is close to an Asiago but not quite as sharp with a nice nutty flavor and pungent sweet smell, that pairs nicely with a lovely glass of Syrah or Pinot Noir. Spring is in the air! When we delivered this basket for her birthday she was shouting with happiness. She was so so happy to get this basket her brother ordered her. That is what I love about my job.
