You can have lean ground beef in your freezer by next weekend. These animals are at Spuzak Meats in Tompkins and are registered in the EU program, some of the highest quality beef regulations in the world. Lots of Lean Ground Beef (far better than hamburger!) and we can also have them make 4 oz burger patties or 6 oz patties for the BBQ. If you order right away we can do sausage in flavours of garlic, salt & pepper, beef & bacon, all of these can be smoked or un-smoked.
