We would like to give a big thank you to Jennifer Babister who runs the group Brantford COVID-19 Local Business Delivery & Mary Palka, Terra Wilton who run the group Food-to-Go in Brantford/Brant & Area and to our customers that continue to support us & to all the new customers that have given us a try! When COVID-19 first started, we went from trying to figure out how we were going to get through it, to now being extremely busy, all thanks to these two groups! That being s...aid, on some days in the past couple weeks, we have been so busy we have had to temporarily stop taking orders, just to finish the numerous orders that were already placed. Some of you had to wait extremely long for your order, for which we sincerely apologize. We are still learning to do things to be more efficient and complete orders quicker. More staff has been hired, but it takes some time to get up to speed. Some more equipment is also needed, but unfortunately a lot of that requires permits, inspections, and testing to be done, which is very hard to get at this time. Most of our food is made fresh when its ordered, which does take more time than most fast food establishments. We try to offer a large menu that offers a variety of food, so there is something for everyone, but we know that everyone is different and has different tastes, and may not enjoy all of our food. . We are human and we do make mistakes, so if you find something wrong, missing, or you are just not satisfied with your order, please send us a message so we can fix the problem. Feedback is important to us so we can continue to improve, and we look forward to continuing to come up with even more fun and creative menu items in the future.
