NEW DETAILS FOR THE GILMORE ANNIVERSARY EVENT: In the Gym you will see displays of pop and local culture throughout the decades. 6pm Thursday we will hear from our guest speakers; School Board Trustees, Former Principals and Former Staff members.... On Friday October 2, the grandson of former principal, Stanley Griffiths (1915-1947) will attend the Centennial Celebration. In the gym at approximately 6pm he will present the Gilmore Staff with the School Hand Bell that many former students remember was rung every morning as the school bell. In the Band Room we will be showcasing the newly created Gilmore Documentary (playing every 15 minutes). In the Undercover area you can purchase Barbequed Hot Dogs and Sausages (proceeds to the Grade 7 year end leaving activities). Purchase "Gilmore 100" ceramic mugs for $10.00 (see logo below).

Have you ever participated in a Gilmore Community School entry in the Hats Off Parade? It's been a long time since the school was in the parade! Does anyone want to spearhead a Centennial entry this coming year?
