I need opinions on deciding what to put in a Mother’s Day Box . I was thinking a lemon poppyseeds cupcake ( my moms fav ) with a lemon custard in the middle with a whipped raspberry / black berry butter cream ? Lemon squares or a shortbread cookie square with cream cheese and a fresh strawberry on top ... Help what do you think ? 6 cupcakes and three of each square ... $30 a box . Will have one made up this week
