Google has launched their Made With Code website for girls learning to programming. There are links to beginner and intermediate projects, resources, and events. There are no Vancouver events listed yet, but hopefully there will be soon. https://www.madewithcode.com/

GIRLsmarts at SAP was mentioned in the Huffington Post Canada :) They hosted two more great grade 7 workshops at SAP in May/June, reaching 165 girls in their first year! More are being planned for October.

Be Like Ada is a one-day workshop for teenage girls. It's happening on July 19 and they are still looking for registrants!

This is a bit late, but we had an amazing turnout for GIRLsmarts this year! There were 140 grade 6 girls who came out to UBC and 65 grade 7 girls who attended SAP's first ever GIRLsmarts event. Thank you for all who volunteered and supported us.
