What a difference a couple of months can make! Although really this is almost 4 years in the making. I first realized something was wrong with my body in 2006 but was told I was a new mom! Of course your body is different and you are tired. Though before that I was athletic and healthy. ... Fast forward I took my health in my own hands with adopting a plant based and vegan lifestyle. And my body started healing this was in 2017. But after years of illness it takes time! Its hard to be patient when you want to feel better asap. Recently I started adding home made juice to my diet and removing grains for the meantime. I have also added daily yoga to my routine since the beginning of Feb. These pictures are just a couple weeks apart. The right one today. My body is starting to respond more quickly and naturally to healthy habits which means I am healing even more. If you struggle with patience or wondering if what you are doing is worth it...it is!! As a health coach I want to be sure I am leading by example and being my own best coach too. Everyone knows smoking is bad for your health, but sometimes knowing isn’t enough to make you stop. Set a date for quitting and tell as many people as possible to help hold you accountable for your actions. It's best to pick a day within the next month - a date too far off in the future will give you a chance to procrastinate and postpone, while a time too soon may not allow you to make a plan for medications or support systems. Notice when and why you smoke. Try to find the ...things in your daily life that you often do while smoking (such as drinking your morning cup of coffee or driving a car). Change your smoking routines: Keep your cigarettes in a different place smoke with your other hand. Take these steps toward a healthier you!
