The overall momentum throughout December 2020 remained strong for the Ottawa Real Estate Board. 1,002 residential properties were sold in December, up 32.4 per cent from December 2019. Residential property class unit sales increased by 3 per cent in December, while sales for the condominium property class decreased slightly by 1.5 per cent.
