A beautiful story on today’s Toronto Star written by my lovely & talented client Jennifer Lee about her sweet,beautiful mother Alice. It mentions the joy Alice experienced when she received a Christmas gift of a wig I had secretly refurbished for her.

So glad I could transform this wig for my lovely client Alice made years ago with her own hair! Her daughter’s going to surprise her with it Christmas Eve. I no longer had her coming for her regular appointments for quite a while due to hair loss but so thrilled how this came out & how it will lift her spirits!

As you can see this is the original lineup and Michael left the band the following year in October 1988 which then meant the four of us carried the flag the rest of the way. Hello my awesome clients & friends! I missed you during this unprecedented time. I hope & pray that you were able to stay well emotionally & physically. ...I’m grateful that I’ve been well during this time and looking forward to connecting again with you. In this respect, I am more confident in welcoming you all back as phase 2 is lifted in Toronto. As of This Wednesday,June 24th hairdressers can finally commence work again. To book an appointment, please contact me with your availability and preferred dates & times. Then I will get back to you and accommodate the best I can. Due to the high demand of my services and new procedures I will be making my hours more flexible. I am very fortunate to work out of my home studio. It gives me the control over cleaning & best sanitizing practices. I have the required PPE for working, hospital grade wipes, face shield and masks. Each client will receive a clean cape and towel. I will also require that both myself and my clients wear a mask. I will be allotting extra time between clients for cleaning & sanitizing. Working from the privacy of my home studio also allows me to ensure clients are serviced efficiently, on time and without waiting periods. I am excited to see you and can’t wait to catch up! Lucky to have a person in my Bubble who is not only my sister but a great Hairdresser!! Was tired of the all over grey and we added a little depth again, but no...t so Cruella DeVille as 2 years ago!! It’s grainy blue/brown infused into pre-highlighted grey then toned with a sheer violet and a touch of silver. AND I got cut. When you’re a hairdresser, you need to find energy and time for non paying members of your close circles. Those windows don’t happen that frequently. Thanks G!!! See more
