Finally got to learn how to make and eat a real Lac St-Jean meat pie(tourtière) made by 2 fine gentlemen from there, it was my pleasure to share my kitchen with you and your creation was so delishious I'm sure even Gordon Ramsay would be stunned by the result, thank you for this wonderful and tasty experience.
