Hello Everyone To follow up with Kate Snelgrove note (Thank you Kate). Due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to reschedule the ball tournament to July 23, 2016 at West Park. This was the result of a number of our key volunteers who have sustained serious health issues who require a longer time frame to mend properly. We apologize for the 11th hour notice to everyone and as difficult as the decision was for us we felt that it was key to have our lead volunteers h...ealthy that allowed us to run the event successfully. We hope you understand our situation and for teams that have already registered please consider your registration already in place with no further delays or re-registration. The Early Bird date will be extended with a date to be announced by tomorrow. We hope that you are all able to still attend the event and again we apologize for the extremely short notice.
