A must read for clients. I am very blessed mine are very informed, understanding and self-aware of all this. But, still sometimes when a New client contacts me I have to explain/justify the reason of why my prices are not as "cheap" as the regular salon they are running away from. My reviews and high rating are not just given by my clients because they "Like me" but because I am meticulous in every aspect of my work, from my own personal hygiene and protection (wash hands, gl...oves, mask even befor covid), clean and desinfected table, chair, implements and tools. Most of all I use is disposable even for pedicures, and not double dipping products rehuse from one client to another. I might work from home, but my hydro bill and water are increased because I use them daily. My home inssurance is twice the price because of my business...etc. And lets not talk about the time I spend answering messages, consultations, calls, ordering products, time educating myself and costs, cleaning between clients desinfecting organizing, removing dust, cleaning polishes etc etc...as a client you only see the result of many hours behind close doors to be able to serve you in a clean and organize environement. Time really pass so fast when you are having fun. Already a month since I was allowed to open the doors to clients and I just wanted to say thank you for your loyalty, for always coming back to me.
