Hello dear clients, Effective immediately we will be open 9am-6pm from Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday. We are also slowly opening up for some elective procedures such as neuters and spays but these surgical spots will fill up quickly and we expect to be booking weeks in advance. We are still following social distancing protocol, this means our clinic is still closed to pet parents. We appreciate the understanding and we will continue to update as we hopefully move towards normalcy.

Hello, Just a quick update that we are still remaining open with shortened hours and staff (Monday-Friday 9-4 and Saturday and Sunday 9-2). IMPORTANT NOTICE We are remaining open as promised as long as we have the staff to do so! Please see below our amended shortened hours for this upcoming week. Again we would like to remind you that we are only taking appointments that are URGENT in nature. We will NOT be booking or taking any non urgent appointments (ex. Routine exams, vaccines, nail trims). We have decided that our hospital will be a PET ONLY ZONE, this means that no human friends will be allowed to enter.... When you are here for your appointment please call and let us know, we will come and collect your fur family member and our doctor will call you once your pet has been examined. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are able to pay over the phone via credit card, or interact e transfer we would really appreciate it. Monday 9am - 4pm Tuesday 9am-4pm Wednesday 9am-4pm Thursday 9am-4pm Friday 9am - 4pm Saturday 10am - 2pm Sunday 10am-2pm We really do appreciate everyone's patience and understanding in these trying times as we continue to navigate as best as we can. We are working with VERY minimal staff who are doing their very best to help your pet efficiently and safely. PLEASE EXPECT LONGER WAIT TIMES.

What is considered Urgent Illness Examinations (vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc) Accident Exams (injuries etc.) We will remain open with our closed lobby system for any prescription renewal pick ups as well as food purchases. When you arrive in our parking lot please call the office at 604-850-2000 and we will instruct you on how to proceed. Our doors will remain locked to continue to follow responsible social distancing and for the safety of our staff and clients.
