Weekly meal prep happens on Sunday's! I find it a great way to save on time and money as well as keeping me on track during the week "Fail to plan - plan to fail" I prep ingredients for salads, stir frys etc. Give it a try it saves a whole lot of time during the week!
A little something before my workout. I usually try to get my workout in right when I jump out of bed and workout on an empty stomach.
