Will be dropping of more black pudding to Superior fish and chips in Devon this Thursday. Really happy that the customers going in are happy with my black pudding. When I start making white pudding will drop some off and see what you guy think.
Was going to make smoked Ham's for Xmas. But there not for sale there for the homeless Veterans in edmonton. I know lots of ex-military men & women and talk to lots of them over the years. And right now the way the world is right now I feel I would like them to know that there not forgotten. If you guys are thinking you would like to do something to help them. Just made some real 100% beef suet. Going to bag in 1lb & some in 2lb bags. Great for Xmas puddings.
Having some black pudding for my breakfast. I know people love it or hate it. I sell it to paddy's bar and restaurant in st Albert. And Superior fish and chip shop in Devon have some as well.
That's why it costs start at 6000 plus or about $11,000 plus. And time you ship to Canada. Get it wired up. Most shops will never make enough in sales to cover costs to buy a machine like that. That's some roasts and steaks I did. Next week looking into making some real beef suet. Will put into 1lb bags and freeze it. That way it keeps it fresh. And will make some fresh pork and beef sausages next week. Will make fresh beef square sausages. And fresh pork old Dubliner sausages. And thinking fresh pork links. Waiting for seasoning from UK to make white pudding and other sausages.
All my pork sausages and bacons are made from bear & flower pork. Just dropped off some black pudding to superior fish and chips shop in Devon. So will have your black pudding suppers now.
Just made my self home Made really thick cut chips. And put Chinese curry sauce with onions on top.

Thinking about making something I have not. Done in about say 3 years. Thinking about making scottish meat loaf. It's cooked and thinking only making about say 3 or 4lbs max. Thinking if cut it for sandwiches. Meaning nice and thin so it melts when your eating it. ... If I make some will put photos on Facebook to let people see it.
Going to make fresh 100% beef steak pies. Only have 100% and gravy with puff pastry on top. Each pie will have 8oz of fully cooked beef. Wee update about black and white pudding.... I ordered the black pudding mix will be picked up from UK next week. Just waiting to hear about when my white pudding mix is made for me. The white pudding mix is made to order, and takes 1 to 2 weeks before I get a email letting me know it's made and i can book a pick up. When the black pudding is made will update you all same with white pudding. Have a great Thanksgiving weekend.
Still asking for emails on the steak pies for next week. If you can email me your numbers before Monday night that will be great. I need to get the meat cook it and it takes about 4 hours plus to cook and 1 hour cutting and then I need to weight them all out and make gravy. That's my new wee 2hp meat grinder. So far it's doing a good job. Thinking it will grind about 11 to 13lbs of meat a min. That's not bad for that size. My last 1 would grind 65lbs a meat a min. It also was 7.5hp and mixer build into. Still doing a good wee job for the now.
Next week I am looking into making small steak pie. To feed 2 people sizes. I need to know numbers before Monday night. I need total numbers, if numbers are to low I will not be making them sorry. Making some smoked & unsmoked Ham's. Think will only have 4 small unsmoked Ham's next Friday. Weights are about 3 to 4lbs. About 6 smoked Ham's. And fresh pork links some Cumberland sausages, old Dubliner sausages. ... And fresh bacons both styles. Looking into making Scotch eggs, need to order the crumbs from UK to make it as traditional as possible. Getting people asking about black pudding and white pudding - Haggis. Looking into seen if I can make it in the commercial kitchen, if I do i will make black pudding first. As I need order the seasoning for white pudding and skins. Thanks Andy.
