The WMRL is holding a free Mindfulness Workshop on Saturday, February 6th from 10:30 am-12:00 pm. The workshop will be held virtually and facilitated by Alex. P...articipants will be introduced to the basics of mindfulness. Through teaching, practice and discussion we will learn how to build this incredibly helpful skill into our daily lives. No previous experience is needed. Be prepared to settle in and get to know yourself.
