SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: On November 21 from 3-5PM we have reserved seven (7) seats for a guest lecture by Dr. Sven Spengemann (Visiting BMO Fellow at Glendon School of Public and International Affairs) on "The Egyptian Transition and Future Trajectories." Dr. Spengemann is a U.N. constitutional expert who worked for seven years with the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq. He is a leading scholar on Middle Eastern issues and we are privileged to offer this fantastic opportunity for a small group of GMEDG members to attend what is sure to be an insightful and fascinating presentation.

Hello everyone. We're very excited to announce that the first country to be highlighted for 'Country of The Month' will be Lebanon! November 25th is the Lebanese Independence Day and the Middle-East Dialogue Group will set up the Breezeway to honour Lebanon and display its most important cultural items. If you are Lebanese and are interested in providing us with any knowledge or assistance regarding this event, please let us know as soon as possible!
