Happy new year! Goodbye 2020!

As this crazy year comes to an end, I find myself so grateful for the (big and little) people in my life. I hope wherever you are, you have someone in your bubble to spend these last few moments of 2020 with. *Sully came up to give me a hug and the 2 girls instantly ran over and joined in!

Everyone loves learning letters at our daycare, including this 2 year old! The younger kids love participating in our pre-k activities like calendar and our letter program and they pick up so much from the older kids! Even our 1 year old says letters and sounds randomly while I’m reading stories

We learned the letter D and the kids all took home dice, but first we did an activity with them: roll, count and use a bingo dabber to find the matching number! We have been learning about bears so we used a bear paper for this activity.

Enjoying our fall weather!

A little glimpse into our morning calendar routine. We always start with 2 friendship/greeting songs and then do our calendar (months, days etc). Our calendar dates always contain a pattern. We play the missing number game on our calendar, number songs, letter activities, colours, weather/seasons and more! Everyone enjoys participating no matter the age!!(We currently have ages 1-4).
