What there is to know about CRANBERRIES Cranberries are a popular superfood. People can consume them in the form of a sauce, juice, jelly, jam etc. The can also add them to stuffing, casseroles, or desserts. These highly nutritious berries are also a staple of Holiday times such as Thanksgiving and Xmas. We do not grow Cranberries but at Glenwood we utilize our Locally BC Grown Cranberries that we have access to in the Fraser Valley for three of our preserves. This year was an exceptional growing year for us outside growers. We are still picking kale, arugula, salad greens. We are looking forward to a good 2021.

At Glenwood Valley Farms we have produced a good supply of Jams, Jellies, Pickles, Relishes, Chutneys etc. this year. We do sell some directly but on the most part we market our products through Retail Outlets. For year 2020 we did not attend many Farmers Markets due to Covid. This week has really been busy, we have been selling our veggies, preserves, and berries very fast. Since we don't have a huge inventory, we have decided not to have the pop-up market tomorrow. We will be back the following Sunday. However, we will still have our veggies, strawberries, and a few other products in our veggie hut.

The weather has cleared and we’ve decided to set up our pop-up market! We have Fresh Strawberries, salad greens, pickles, and more!

Hey everyone! We are having our first pop-up stand this Sunday for Mother’s Day on our Farm. It will be opened from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Along with all our vegetables, we will be selling our jams, jellies, pickles, and chutneys, as well as a few of our crafts. We will be accepting debit/credit, e-transfer and cash. We will be following social distancing rules, and will be keeping everything thing clean and sanitized. ... This year, due to Covid-19, we have changed how we are doing things. Instead of Farmers' Markets this year, we have opened a small Vegetable Hut on our farm. We are following all the guidelines outlined by the BC Ministry of Health. Only one person will be allowed in the Veggie Hut at a time, as it is a small area, the area is sanitized throughout the day, and there are options to e-transfer, or tap if you are not carring cash at the moment. We are located in South Langley o...n 240th Street and 4th avenue. Our Veggie Hut is a small red painted trailer (it looks like a small barn). If you have any difficulties finding our location you can message us for more detailed information. Below in the comments I will post a list of produce that is available right now, as well as a list of produce yet to come! In a few days there will also be a list of all our preserves that we will be selling. We will not be selling our preserves inside of the Veggie Hut, however, if you are interested you can contact us through Facebook to make a pick up order. Later in the season, once we get more organized, we will offer local delivery of both our preserves, and veggies. We will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. In two weeks time, on Sundays we will have a market tent set up selling our preserves. Debit and credit cards will be accepted in person on Sundays. Thank you to all our loyal customers.
