Lianna loves to spend time with family, and as you can tell by these photos, a lot of her weekend is spent with them :) Lianna loves to take the time to relax, take care of errands and to do things around the house. Lianna also loves to spend her weekends outdoors, which will be much easier wit...h the warmer weather soon becoming permanent for the summer. Lastly, Lianna loves to visit local eateries and she has made it clear that she makes many stops as her family all have very different and exciting taste buds. He worked as a rail man and had been in the industry for more than four years. He had minimal savings, consumer debt and was paying off the remainder of a student loan. GLM Mortgage Group discussed his monthly rental payment and showed him that he could easily own a condominium with a monthly mortgage payment and strata fees for the same amount as his rent. We helped him secure a loan AND created a five-year plan for the client, knowing that eventually he would be upgrading to a larger residence.

This is because it has become increasingly difficult for buyers to obtain mortgages since the introduction of recent mortgage eligibly and qualification changes. A pre-approved mortgage h...as become more popular in recent years as a way to show realtors and property sellers that a buyer is not only mentally prepared but also financially able to make the purchase. It has become common for many home buyers to apply for and obtain pre-approval before they begin shopping for a home in fact, it’s prudent to do so. Getting pre-approved for a mortgage as your first step is beneficial for many reasons. First, it provides a better sense of the amount you’ll be able to borrow and what your price range will be. A quick #MortgageFact to keep in mind when you are considering purchasing that brand new car right before you buy a home...

Is there anything sweeter than helping out clients?! An Ontario couple wanted to consolidate their debts and refinance their mortgage. They had several thousand dollars in consumer debt along with their mortgage and a secured line of credit that was almost at its limit. Their monthly payments for debts alone ended up being almost $2,700/month. With an income of only $45,000 between the two of them, they were not able to make ends meet. They approached their bank who promptly... said no! GLM Mortgage Group was able to arrange a mortgage that consolidated ALL debts and reduce the monthly payment to just over $1200/month. Utilizing a longer amortization, this couple went from almost losing their home to making significant contributions toward debt.
