UPDATE ON OPERATIONS As of midnight Saturday April 4th, 2020 The government has advised us that we are not permitted to allow customers in the store except in exceptional circumstances; this applies to all pet and animal supply stores.... We have delivery and curbside pickup available. Please call us at 519-925-3471 so that we may assist you with your orders. We can now accept E-transfer or a credit card over the phone. E-Transfer is sent to [email protected] (the transfer is auto deposited so there is no need for a question and answer) For customers that do not have a credit card or can not do E-Transfer, we can allow only 1 person to come into the store to pay and then we will bring the order out to you. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are doing our part to keep our employees and our customers safe, so that we can continue to provide your beloved pets with the supplies they need.
