Many teachers having been working in China for years have been writing us directly seeking advice. Some are coming home on government planes which we referred. Many are traveling as the New year started the travel process long before actual virus fears were realized. If you are outside of China - we urge you to remain where you are. Extend your holiday if you are able or remain in Canada/U.S/Other country until some calm returns. Many countries have cancelled flights to China.... Schools have in general declared holidays until March 1st which may be continued. The actual numbers affected of virus carries are usually worse than the government advises. CNN this morning indicated over 21,000 affected with over 400 dying and an 800 % increase since last week. If you can afford to remain abroad, please do. If you took our INSTRUCTOR TESOL last summer or the summer prior, you can set up your own TESOL training via conference and remain inside. Same with ESL training on line - no travel and work continues.
