New Entry System A message from Harold Pothier Hello Everyone, Happy New Year. ... Our Club will be undergoing some changes very soon in regards to entering the building. Each member will be given a fob that will provide them entry to the club without having to use a key. Here is how it works. You will find your fob on the peg panel by the old janitor storage room. Your name is on your fob. Commencing January 24, all that you will need to do is swipe your fob on the pad to the right of the front door. You will see that the light will turn to green. This indicates that the door is now unlocked and you can enter. A couple of things you should know: When you use your fob it will stamp the time that you enter on our system. There is a cost for these fob, however, the first one issued to you is free. Should you lose it or break it there will be $10.00 replacement fee. Should the power go out while you are in the club, you can exit the building if you do so within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you may need to exit the building via the side door (door that leads to stairs to kitchen). We know that there may be some issues during the first couple of weeks using the new entry system. If you have any issues please contact our Chairperson for House and Property, Harold Pothier at [email protected] and he will assist you as soon as practical. Thanks, Harold Pothier
