Some of you have asked me, "Who is Gloria?" Gloria was my grandmother. She was the first person I can remember losing in my life where I actually understood what it meant to die. She was a strong woman with the mouth of a sailor. She had a knack for finding 4-leaf clovers, and amazingly, I somehow also gained this talent after she was gone (not to mention the sailor mouth too). But I also remembered her for all the canning she used to do. So to honour her, and the traits we share through the generations, the Gloria Food Co. was created.
