Hello friends! I’ve been absent for awhile, busy with work, family and my regular workout routines. Do they make me spin faster? Absolutely not! They do however feel comfortable. These Nike SuperRep spin shoes hug your feet. They look and feel The cleats fit on the smaller side but essentially you want spin shoes to feel fitted. The mesh allows a bit of stretch. Super light weight and a pretty clean design. If you ride the peloton bike you’ll have to purchase the delta clips to attach to the bottom of the cleats.
