Kickboxing fitness class starts tomorrow night at Centennial Rock Riverfront amphitheater on Brockhouse Way in Deep River! No contact, no equipment, and no coordination required ;) 5:15-6:00 pm every Wednesday in September and October. If drizzling it will still be a go, if downpour it will be cancelled.... $10 drop-in or $70 for 8 class card (good for any of my classes). Cash or email transfer accepted.
