The other day we had a customer ask us Why should G&M Auto Service be my first choice for all of my vehicle safety and maintenance needs?. It was a good question and wed like to share the reasons we hope others might choose us as well. G&M Auto Sales sells a lot of cars. Roughly 40 70 per month depending on the time of year. Every single vehicle we sell must be inspected and certified prior to delivering the vehicle to a customer. On an average month, our licensed me...chanics are performing safety inspections on 40- 60 vehicles and repairing anything that does not meet our strict standards. Our mechanics know how to properly and efficiently identify issues and repair everything safety related. Brakes, Suspension, Exhaust, Front End, Wheel Bearings, Power Steering, Electrical and many other general repair items are our specialty. We can do these types or repairs very quickly and efficiently because this is the bulk of what we do every day. We will do the job right, at a fair price and always perform a visual inspection on everything safety related so you know what will need attention right away or may need to be repaired down the road.

Our business is in full expansion and we are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and talented multi-tasker with strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail and communication skills.... Duties of the role include: - Verify and process accounts payable - Process sales in accounting software (from Surefire) - Prepare all aspects of payroll - Manage cash flow - Reconcile and process corporate credit cards - Process work orders - Balance inventory - Prepare all required government reports and remittances - Preparing standard and custom reports as required - Maintain filing system Skills: - Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience - Ability to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines and learn quickly - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Organized and detail oriented - Experience working with Sage accounting software and Surefire preferred buy not necessary. - Previous experience working at an automotive dealership preferred but not necessary. -Pay scale will be based on experience and qualifications.
