Absolutely awesome day at the beach !!! What a great time learning how to surf with the Breck School Spanish students & Panama Surf School - Flor ( the owner ) is the best! Did you know her son Tao is a championship surfer here in Panamá? They are dedicated to the sport of surf and safety in and around the water. Much respect for them and also big advocates for the keeping the oceans CLEAN! Thanks for a great afternoon at the beach!!!!

Happy Independence Day / Separation Day Panama ... This holiday is always celebrated on November 3rd. Known as Separation Day, this holiday celebrates the independence of Panama from Colombia in 1903. It is Panama's National Day. Panama has an Independence Day public holiday on November 28th, but that holiday marks independence from Spain in 1821.

Have you been getting out and exploring your neck of the woods!? Skye and her family have been making the best of things up in Canada ! The rest of the team has been in a VERY tight quarantine in Panama . @saulnunez7 and family are doing well but staying very very close to home. @tomlarroquette_ has also needed to maintain and adhere to the strict requirements right now. Panama has really stuck with strong measures to stop the spread. If anyone is out on the beach sur...fing or doing anything outside their allotted time they are ticketed by the police. Although...S.U.PPing IS allowed?? We are not sure how this makes sense but..... does anything make sense these days?
