I think I'm getting a little too comfortable with you guys on this app. First I'm posting photos of myself, then I'm doing IGTV videos, now I'm telling you about my underwear! I'm a briefs kinda guy but was recently sent this set of BN3TH Apparel to test drive. This Canadian company produces their #RadicallyBetterUnderwear in Vancouver. I don't know if it's their materials, which are made from sustainable wood and pulp sources and are certified as compostable and biodegradabl...e, or their patented 'MyPackage Pouch Technology' (described as a three-dimensional pouch) that make them so damn comfortable. I really dislike this type of underwear so I was skeptical when I saw their comfort claims but I'm blown away at just how comfortable they are. They are very soft, breathable (especially when outside in 28 degree weather) and come in a variety eye catching designs. I have the equipment but not the vocabulary to do it justice. This past weekend was the first time I tried cooking with Grace Foods Canada Jackfruit and I have to say it turned out really well. I got a fantastic delivery from Grace Foods Canada a few days ago. There were some products I've never used before like the jackfruit and the Johnny cakes. Thanks to Amazon photos for reminding me that one year ago we were enjoying life down in Scotland Bay, Trinidad. Happy Earth Day everyone. I visited Dominica a little while back and had the opportunity to see the magnificent Trafalgar Falls. The island was devastated by a hurricane a few years ago but nature is unstoppable and now it's absolutely breathtaking. From hikes deep into the rain forests to waterfalls in the mountains to black sandy beaches, @discoverdominica lives up to its name as The Nature Island.

#FlashbackFriday to Scotland Bay on our last trip to Trinidad. This is on the north west coast of the island and is only accessible by boat. When we were there it was totally empty so we had the entire bay to ourselves. The bay is protected by the high cliffs so it's very calm and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The beach is not your typical white sand beach though, it's covered in small pebbles but with natural beauty like this I'll take the pebbles.

Happy New Year everyone! Yes I know it's already a week into 2020 but better late than never, right? We started off the year in Visit Pittsburgh visiting family. We didn't do a lot of exploring but from what we saw of the city we really liked. We rode the funicular on the Duquesne Incline, explored The Strip District, visited the Heinz History Center and Warhol Museum, went ice skating, boozed up at Wigle Distillery, and had a delicious lunch at Smallman Galley. There's a lot more to do so we're definitely going to be back. Have you been to Pittsburgh before? Tell me about your visit and what I should do, see and eat next time. #LovePGH

Here's a tour of our suite at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. It was the perfect location right on the beach overlooking the boardwalk with a very nice view of the Atlantic Ocean. The great thing about this hotel was that every room had an ocean view.
