Remember: - To wear clothes & shoes that you don’t care if they get dirty - A yoga mat or old blanket... - The yoga session is outside in a pasture if you need any allergy medicine OR if you are concerned about the smoke bring whatever you need because the session is OUTSIDE - Your student ID’s (if you want the student discount)! - Please be mindful of our property and goats. - Look for the yellow signs to get here. - From Didsbury it’s 20, from Olds it’s 30 minutes from Calgary it’s around 1.15 hours.
