Ok everyone it’s time once again to Fill the Fargo with non-perishable food items. Our antique fire truck will be hitting the streets of Otterville and Spri...ngford on Saturday, April 18 starting at 10am. So please gather whatever food items you can spare into a bag and simply leave it at the end of your driveway. We will maintain our social distancing with you and ourselves while picking it up. If you live in our rural area and want to contribute, simply give us a call or email your 911#, leave it outside and we will come pick it up. Alternatively, if you are going by the fire hall, you can drop it off out back. The donated food will then be carefully covered and stored for several days. We will donate $1 for every food item picked up !!! (max $1000) All items and money will go to the Norwich Salvation Army food bank. *Neighbours helping Neighbours* Thanks everyone, OFFC (for pick up request please call Rob @ 519-879-6299 or email [email protected] ) *(items needed include large soups, kraft dinner, rice, hamburger helper)

The facts of this article are our reality! The stress and worry we have faced in the past few weeks is unimaginable! This is also the reality of every farmer in Ontario who relies on offshore workers to not only harvest their crop but plant it as well! Everyone will be impacted if we can’t get our crops in the ground! And the scariest reality, where will our food come from? USA? I don’t know about you but I know I want Ontario Farm Fresh for my family and friends this summer!
