Hashtag your light display with #GoderichShines and have your chance at winning a gift certificate from one of our local businesses! It is really hard to judge everyone’s efforts, so to encourage people to just join in and have fun, Tourism Goderich will be putting the name of everyone who participates into two random draws one for the light tour and one for the submitted photos.

CANDLELIGHT CEREMONY Please join us here on Facebook for a viewing of the ceremony on Friday, November 20 at 7:00pm. In the joy of the season, we take time to remember and honour those who are no longer present with us. With the poems, prayers, music, the reading of names and with the lighting of three trees: The Angel Tree ~ for children who are no longer with us... The MADD Tree ~ for lives effected by impaired driving The Forget-Me-Not Tree ~ for lives touched by Alzheimer's Disease we take time to reflect and remember. These three trees will remain lighted throughout the season keeping a silent vigil. See more
