Sing a new song to the Lord! He has worked miracles, and with his own powerful arm, he has won the victory. 2 The Lord has shown the nations that he has the power to save and to bring justice. (Psalm 98:1-2 CEV) Holy God... We come to you ready to sing out loud, ready to sing a new song for all to hear. A song of new growth for the buds and blossoms as they are nourished to grow. A song of wonder and excitement for our community to become energized with new hopes and dreams. A song to fill all our hearts with Joy and thanksgiving. May our song be heard and be a comfort for those who are sick or mourning a loss, they need the joy of your promise in their hearts, they need to feel the comfort of your everlasting love. May we celebrate the beauty of the yellow dandelions and the blossoms bursting from the trees. This is God's wondrous world and we are thankful to walk with Jesus and delight in all the new hope and blessings we receive. Amen See more

(Psalm 34:8 CEV) Holy Mystery Thank you for always being there, for not laughing at us when we make mistakes, you take those mistakes and wash them away, like the rain that falls in the spring. Lord we are so thankful for your words of hope and strength when the days get lonely and confusing. We ask that your presence be felt everywhere that there is danger, sickness and death, thes...e are your people needing your arms of everlasting love wrapped around them to comfort them. Help those who are struggling to make the right decisions to see your light that will show them the way. Some days the mystery of life can be so overwhelming, we trust you O God that your Holy Spirit will fill us with hope and peace expanding our hearts with love and Joy to be shared with all who we reach out to. But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect... 1 Peter 3:15... Holy One: Today is a new day and a new month...all filled with great hope. We look each morning to you to be our provider, our protector, our promise, our healer and our hope. The ground is filled with snow...not so commonly seen on May 1st but there is nothing ordinary in the past 2 years. God help us to see the miraculous better - the sun peeking through the clouds; the cry of a new born baby; the buds on the trees; the voice of a friend calling to talk. And help us to hope for the miraculous including an end to this worldwide pandemic, to poverty and hunger, to despair and disease, to hatred and war, and to the things that cloud our vision from seeing your hand at work all around us.
