Brass Ring Seasonings

We are pleased to announce that in addition to the Brass Ring Original, Medium and Cajun already available on Amazon we just added Steak Spice, Taco Mix, Jerk Spice and Butter Chicken... yum!

We have some exciting news! This summer is going to be busy and Brass Ring is ready! We have our new line of Smokehouse/BBQ products coming out; Beef Rub - with powdered horseradish. Yup, you read that right. Pork Rub - with powdered blackberries and brown sugar. Roast Chicken Rub - powdered peach with hints of sage and thyme. Makes the best beer can chicken e.v.e.r...... Grilled Chicken Rub - with Jalapeno and maple. Honey Mustard Marinade - real honey and real good. And hey, if you want to use it as a salad dressing or dip your chicken nuggets in, go ahead. We're not the Spice Police. We will also have King Size bottles of your favourites, Original, Medium, Steak Spice, Taco Mix, Jerk Spice, Butter Chicken and Cajun. They will be 300 grams, so roughly 3 regular size bottles. We can't wait to see you all this summer!!

Here's a look at what you can make with our new peach and sage chicken rub. The peach powder makes it nice and sticky as you can see, and then it goes nice and crispy. Juicy, tender, and full of flavour. Winner winner chicken dinner! Look for our new bbq rubs this summer at a farmers market new you - in Edmonton.

Popowich Meats... let me tell you, we couldn't be happier to work with them! You see, we make them a special batch of our Butter Chicken and they make butter ch...icken sausage with it. They were making it every few weeks in rotation. Demand was so high they are making them almost every week. And now they make butter chicken sausage stuffed portobello mushrooms - which we just had to try (our lunch today). 6853 170 st Edmonton. Stop by and see Mike and Treena. You'll be glad you did! As we say goodbye to a crazy year, we look back and reflect at the worst year, and the best year we have ever had... First the bad - our sales were about half of what we projected for this year due to the virus. Now, the good - we created a new Brass Ring Flavour, Jerk Spice. We developed a new line of rubs coming out in April 2021. For that line we already have excellent pork, chicken and beef rubs already developed with more coming. We acquired UPC codes so we can approach... larger stores. Speaking of which, we are in discussions with Freson Bros. for their new Edmonton store when it opens. We are also talking with two other chains. This summer we worked closely with Boss Dogz and developed a few things there - to be revealed later. And lastly, could there be a dedicated Jimmy Fuego space such as a store or soup/sandwich shop in the near future...? We will say that 2020 made that dream a lot closer to reality. Stay tuned for 2021... *** edit *** Popowich Meats in west Edmonton makes a delicious butter chicken sausage with our Butter Chicken Mix. It's super good. That was another great thing that happened this year. Go see them and try it out.

Just a simple UPC symbol (called GTINs now) but you have no idea the amount of work it took to get it... it's a small step, but its huge for us. We can now approach the chain stores.
