Icy Lemon Drop Sodas are on the top of my holiday cocktail list this year I've become much more particular with my drink choices over the years and @prairieorganic checks off all the boxes. It's organic, gluten free, non-gmo, Canadian-made and has a smooth taste I also like to keep my drinks low in sugar, which is why this combo is all I'll be drinking this holiday season. Find @praireorganic at the @lbco, link in bio for store availability + they give a 1% sales donatio...n to @canadianorganicgrowers with every purchase! Icy Lemon Drop Soda Drink: 1/2 cup ice 1 1/2 cup soda water 1 oz @prairieorganic vodka 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 - 1 tsp maple syrup Rim: 1/4 cup munk fruit sweetener (you won't use it all) 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.(you won't use it all) In a cocktail shaker combine all drink ingredients. Using 2 small plates or bowls, add fresh lemon juice to one and munk fruit sweetener to the other. Dip the rim of each glass into the lemon juice, then immediately into the sweetener to coat. Repeat a second time if needed. Pour the shaken cocktail into the glass. Top with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a lemon wedge. #GoingGrainless #PraireOrganicCanada #MakeMineOrganic #Ad

Remove casing from the sausages and fully cook into a crumble with the onion and garlic. Add onion and sausage to a medium size mixing bowl. Then add in pepperoni, marinara sauce, basil, oregano, salt and parmesan cheese. Mix well. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. Top with mozzarella and any of your favourite pizza toppings. 365 days ago, I took the leap & left my 9-5 to give full time entrepreneur life a try (after 4 years of doing it as a side hustle) Honestly, I haven’t looked back. There’s definitely been many challenges and I’ve never worked harder, but I’ve learned so much and it’s been the most rewarding year yet So I’m celebrating by treating myself to little end of summer vaycay I haven’t slept in almost 48 hours and my suitcase broke on the way here, although that’s all part of the adventureHope everyone is having an amazing long weekend, no matter where it takes you

Enjoying every minute in my own bed before I’m off on my next adventure As much as I love getting away and am very good at adapting to new surroundings, nothing feels better than getting home to my bed and @endy mattress I’ve been sleeping like a queen ever since getting an Endy Mattress earlier this summer and TBH I didn’t even realize how bad I needed a new one until got it! I did their 100-night trial and it’s safe to say it’s here to stay. I did a full review on the blog, but if I had to sum it up in a few words it would be that it feels like I'm sleeping in a hotel bed every night! Get $50 off by using code BECKA50. Grainless slow cooker pulled jerk chicken tacos Now that's a mouthful, literally. I’m bringing #tacotuesday a day early because I want you to have them ready to go for dinner tomorrow! I’ve been on a jerk kick and this couldn't be easier to prepare because it cooks all day while you’re at work. Enjoy them as classic tacos, or in lettuce like I used, or even in a sandwich, bowl or salad! I made a big batch to enjoy all this week. The jerk sauce can also be used as a... marinate before grilling on the BBQ Pulled Jerk Chicken: 5-6 chicken beasts Jerk Sauce: Blend together 2-3 jalapeno peppers (depends on your level) 1 small yellow onion 6 cloves garlic 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup coconut aminos 1 tsp sea salt 2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp nutmeg 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp thyme Squeeze lime Pineapple Salsa: 1 cup pineapple, chopped 1/2 avocado, chopped 1 small tomato, chopped 2 tbsp red onion, chopped 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice In a slow cooker pour in jerk sauce then add chicken breasts. Cover the chicken in the sauce and let cook all day. Towards the end of cooking or when you get home, remove the chicken. Let it cool for a few minutes then pull it into shreds with a fork. Place the shredded chicken back in the slow cooker for another 30 minutes to absorb the extra jerk sauce. While it’s cooking, prep the salsa. Serve in lettuce, tacos shells or over a bed of greens in a bowl. #goinggrainless See more
