I’m borrowing this verbiage from some trusted fellow leaders....What we can say about Norwex: It is important to start by saying that Norwex microfiber removes and traps 99% of bacteria from a surface. We have been tested for that by a 3rd party and that remains the same as always. I personally am choosing to continue using my Norwex microfiber in my home and out in my community when I am running needed errands/grocery shopping. And that is up to each individual to decide. He...re are a few other things I can share. The difference between mechanical and chemical cleaning Norwex microfiber works by mechanically cleaning. What we are most used to seeing on the market are chemical cleaners. They need to stay wet on the surface for 4 minutes or more in order to kill viruses. So when stores are wiping shopping cart handles with wipes for example, they are not staying wet that long and are therefor not killing viruses like we think. Many of these cleaners also recommend that you wipe the surface clean with water after using them. Please carefully read all directions on your products. Non- chemical alternatives recommended by the CDC If you want to follow CDC recommendations but are not keen on using chemical cleaners then 70% isopropyl alcohol is a great alternative.
