What do you love to do for enjoyment on a Sunday ? Hubby and I enjoy the outdoors and grabbed a few nice pics of the fresh snow from last night. I meant to take some of us in thigh deep snow .... but somehow it was on my mind as we were trying to get unstuck #snow #sunday #outdoors

Having fresh on hand helps with planning ahead in our January Jumpstart especially if your house is got a lot going on ! Prepping a little sheet pan veg for dinner with some chicken and salad on the side. I love doing a mixed clean out the fridge meal. Don’t need to over think a recipe. Add a little EVOO, Himalayan or Sea salt, spice of choice, toss and roast. I had a purple yam that’s adding a nice color to this meal, some wrinkled grape tomatoes, half a huge carrot, ...a few Brussels sprouts and a couple parsnips. Mixed in a few cloves of garlic and chunks of onions. What’s for dinner tonight ? Check out the next photo .... Guys - I’m one of those older gals (did I just say that?) I’ve haven’t been on here consistently enough to share more of what I’m always excited to do !! Honestly , I’m more old school and used to meeting people out in my daily routine - or more one on one or local events etc. Nowadays its being such a blessing learning more about reaching more beautiful people through this world of social media. So here I am learning ... growing more and super excited to help more like... you. My passion is to help others feel better in their own skin - at every age. And most importantly as we age. I’ve been doing it for over 20 years. I’m confident who needs to hear me and are curious will. So today I’m beginning to share more here with you. More than just #Motivation for a Monday. Our January Jumpstart begins this week. We have a new day each day to have the opportunity to decide how we want to feel and go for the goals that are important to us. There is still time to join beginning your own healthier lifestyle.
