Struggling for new ideas for dinner tonight? Try this simple healthy recipe. Smoke Salmon Fusilli - estimated cooking time 15 minutes. Serving - 2... Ingredients - 100g of Gold Coast Cold Smoked Chum Salmon (Sliced into inch) 200g of Fusilli (Corkscrew Pasta) 400mL of Tomato Pasta Sauce 1 cup of Grape Tomatoes (Whole or Sliced) 1 cup of Zucchini (Cubed) cup of Red Onion (Sliced) Chop Italian Parsley Chop Chives 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil 2 Clove of Garlic (finely chopped) Salt / Pepper cup Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan Cheese) Cooking Instructions - 1. Cook the pasta 2 minutes less according to instruction. 2. Heat the Olive Oil in a non-stick pan (medium heat). 3. Add Grape Tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes until soft. 4. Add the Zucchini/ Red Onion/ Garlic and cook for 3 minutes at this time, you can break the tomatoes if whole (not sliced). 5. Add the Tomato Pasta Sauce, chop Italian Parsley and Chives. Mix all together in medium heat for 2 minutes. 6. Salt and Pepper. 7. Add the Fusilli and cook for 1 minute. 8. Throw in our Cold Smoked Salmon mix for 1 minute and serve quickly. 9. Can be garnish with Parmesan Cheese and Italian Parsley. Voila! Time to eat! :) Stop by our shop and grab a few packs! Enjoy your evening!

SMOKED SALMON CHOWDER RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup chopped onion... 1 cup chopped celery 3 cloves chopped garlic cup all-purpose flour 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth 1 pound potatoes or 2 large potatoes peeled and cubed 1 tsp dried dill weed 1 tsp dried tarragon 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp paprika 1 (8 ounce) package of GOLD COAST SEAFOODS smoked salmon cup white wine 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 dashes tobacco sauce 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup half-and-half cream DIRECTIONS: In a large stockpot over medium-heat, combine the butter, olive oil, onion, garlic, and celery. Cook until transparent (about 8 10 minutes) stirring occasionally. Add the flour over the mixture and stir well. Now Gradually add the chicken broth 1 cup at a time. Stir in the potatoes, dill weed, tarragon, thyme, and paprika. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the salmon, wine, lemon juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat, uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in the half-and-half cream and continue to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. IMPORTANT: do not let the chowder boil after adding the half-and-half cream. Serve. See more

EASY SMOKED SALMON SPREAD RECIPE INGREDIENTS: 1 cup or 250ml softened cream cheese 1 (4 ounce) package of GOLD COAST SEAFOODS smoked salmon... 3 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 3 4 dashes of tobasco sauce (or any hot sauce you like) 1 tsp chopped fresh dill weed 1 tbsp chopped green onion 1 clove finely minced garlic 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice DIRECTIONS: In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the above ingredients and mix well. Serve on any crackers of your choice. Garnish with fresh dill on top.
