Hello everyone of you, I wanted to give a huge shout out to Lori Gosselin and her husband Gerry who went way above the call of duty today helping out at the bakery because the staff was swamped...we continue to try and keep up our end by sanitizing constantly and of course making the best pizzas around. Please have a little patience as my staff are starting to with down 1 by 1 so we are a little short staffed now. Due to no fault of their own they made the decision that was best for them to go home and be with their loved ones. I respect each and everyone of them. I thank them for being part of our team and hope when this is all over they will come back. So from this point on we will do what we can...be kind to eachother and be well.

I personally wanted to give a heartfelt apology to all of my customers who have been treated not so kindly these past months...I am hearing all this week several stories of events and mishaps that have been happening at the bakery that unfortunately Angelo and I were not aware of. We trusted the wrong people with our livelihood for far too long. We should have been paying better attention! We should have listened to those who had warned us. Shame on us, but no more, onward and forward we go...
