Some upcoming Holiday Fun for the students On Tuesday, December 15th, we will have our annual Holiday/Christmas Spirit Day with candy canes donated by the PAC. Students and staff are to show their spirit by dressing up with festive hats, sweater, and accessories (i.e. bells, necklaces, etc). On Friday, December 18th, we will have a PJ Day where students and staff wear their pjs to school. Hopefully we can all start to chill and enjoy our classmates before the holiday break

More than ever, our community must support each other and the work that we are doing. The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle program is the largest fundraiser that we do each year. Due to Covid 19, many annual fundraising opportunities did not happen, the Dignity Breakfast to name one; however, we kept supporting the community, we modified our programming and services to adjust to the current climate. ... New this year, our first annual drive-thru Thanksgiving Dinner, we are pleased to say we served over 400 takeout dinners. We continue to serve over 6000 meals to the community monthly. We supplied over 300 backpacks filled with back-to-school necessities plus over 70 laptop computers to the students of School District 42 and continue to provide much needed outreach, food security hampers, and assist folks with their own personal pathways to hope.
