Recently we invited former Saskatonian and Hollywood actor Kim Coates to join us for some #Saskatooning at Wanuskewin Heritage Park. As you can seehe is down f...or anything! Despite regular visits to Saskatoon, Kim hadn't ever ventured out to Wanuskewin Heritage Park, and was excited to learn that it has been short-listed for UNESCO World Heritage Status. Immersed in nature, Kim got his hands dirty at Canada's longest running archealogical dig site, learnt a bit about the 6400 year old history of the Indigenous Plains people from Dr. Ernie Walker, and tried his hand at the ancient bison hunting technique atl atl. What's more #Saskatooning than that?
