Thank you for your continued cooperation as we work through all the changes and challenges this pandemic has presented. The Ontario government has confirmed that personal service settings can re-open in Durham Region as of Tuesday, February 16th, 2021. The following public health measures are to be implemented in the Red Zone as per the COVID-19 Response Framework. With current situation concerns around COVID-19, I wanted to provide you with an update on our response to date and our commitment to you moving forward. The health, safety and well-being of our employees and customers is Golden Nails & spa’ s top priority and we are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time. First and foremost, I want to assure our customers that we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our services are safe and that we have existing plans and training protocols (Guide to infection prevention and control in personal service setting) from the Durham Region Health Department and Public Health Ontario. We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our team, including Deeper cleaning, steaming protocols. Alcohol-based sanitizers available at door entry and every workstation. Clear Barrier between you and technician while doing service. We use high grade cleaning products such as Lysol disinfecting wipes, 70% Alcohol. To protect yourself and others, we will limit customer capacity to maintain physical distancing. we ask that anyone with appointment will wait in your car and call 905-655-9099 to check in, only enter Salon when we completely clean station and ready to call you in. you will be required to WEAR MASK or we will provide to you with small fee. You MUST wear MASK during service timeNO EXCEPTION. We also ask who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting us so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. Update from Durham Region Health Department: "Thank you for contacting the Durham Region Health Department. Durham Region will remain in lockdown until February 16, 2021. After February 16th Durham Region will be placed back into the colour-coded system. There has been no confirmation on the colour which Durham will re-enter. We are waiting for an announcement from the province to confirm our colour. Once we have confirmed the colour then we will be able to provide further gu...idance. You may contact the health department once an announcement has been made, or closer to the 16th to review restrictions." Will Salon be allowed to opened on Feb 16 in RED, Orange or YELLOW Zone restrictions? Golden Nails is taking appointment. book early !!!

Dear Customers, I got few messages asking how to remove Dipping Powders, Bio Gel, Acrylic, shellac nails set. ...... Here is instructions you can do at home ( be patient, it will take time) to remove without damaging your nail:... Cut your nail short. File your fake nails as thin as possible close to your natural nails. Pour acetone on the cotton ball. Place it on top of your nail Wrap it with foil. Wait about 5-10 minute until it totally melted. Remove the melted powder. Repeat step 2 - 6 if needed Buff the nails. File. Then put nail hardener if you have Hope that help. Sorry for the inconvenience. Stay safe Tim Tran Operation Manager
