As per Government regulations, we are back to stage 1. Gyms closed to public, but personal training is allowed. We hope this won’t last too long! Please message us for any questions or inquiries about training. One on one training available for as low as $35 a session!

The open gym is up and fully functioning! Our Members are getting back to business! However, Group Fitness in person remains limited. Here is what we have this week: High Fitness (New School aerobics- no equipment needed) is Tuesday 9am and Thursday 7pm Group Strength Training( only dumbbells and a floor mat is suggested)-Friday 9am ( recorded for later viewing).
