There are times in life when your service offer is not selected among several consultants. In order not to beat myself up too much, I took the liberty of asking for feedback from those around me, my collaborators and specially my friends in HR and Innovation, and my two extraordinary mentors. And I finally learned a lot. ... My biggest realization is that I’m surrounded by extremely competent, and above all very generous people. And it just makes me want to give back to them, to my surroundings, to the planet. And because of them, I just want to keep doing my work and continue to grow by doing so.
