We are rolling out the Cinnamon Rolls again this week! These sweet treats were a BIG hit last week for our followers on Instagram.. Sorry Facebook fans, we had some posting trouble. These cinnamon buns are decadent and fluffy. Cinnamon filled and topped with cream cheese frosting. Pack of 5 for $15 and available by preorder only. This week we are bringing back the Carrot Cake. We love a good classic. This rich flavourful cake is packed with carrot and spices, then topped with cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut. Time to turn things up a notch. That’s right we are bringing back the beloved upside down cake. Forget summer peaches and get ready to fall for this new flavour. Our special this week is the Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake. This vanilla pound cake is topped with local apples soaked in caramel sauce. With just a hint of cinnamon to bring it all together. This cake is named literally for the way it is baked, upside down in the pan. Once it comes out of the oven it’s flipped... and all the apple-caramel topping then coats the cake. Yum! Thankful.. I think this year is a tough one for everyone but I hope you all somehow took the time to enjoy some time with family today. (Be it in person or over the phone) Taking time to focus on the positive and to contemplate what we can be thankful for is so important. This year we are most grateful for our health and our families. ... We also give thanks to the teachers who are doing an amazing job with back to school. To the first responders and health care workers who work hard everyday. And of course we are so thankful for you! Our amazing followers who have supported us since day one. Pumpkin, spice and everything nice. What’s fall without pumpkin spice? While pumpkin pie is an obvious go to, we decided to mix it up and feature this classic flavour in a coffee cake. Some may call it basic but this Pumpkin spice cake is anything BUT. With all the pumpkin, spice flavours and the cinnamon sugar streusel topping its the perfect bite. Photoshoot vs Reality This adventure online has forced me to develop an eye for photography. It has pushed me out of my comfort zone ( kitchen) and has me looking at the world differently.
