COVID-19 PATIENT REMINDERS: As the numbers of COVID-19 cases continue to rise within our community, we are continuing to take extra precaution to protect both patients and staff alike. -Please call before you come to our office, we are currently not taking walk-in patients.... -Inform our staff BEFORE your scheduled appointment if you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, including but not limited to; fever, cough, shortness of breath and sore throat. -Only patients with appointments will be allowed in the office, unless accompanying a minor or if assisting someone with special needs. -Please arrive for your appointment on time, if you arrive early, please text or call us to let us know you are at the office. Dear Beloved Patients, We are thrilled to announce that we will begin treating emergency and urgent dental care needs of patients on Monday, July 6th. As we start to reopen our dental office, we would like to inform you of some of the important changes and new protocols we are implementing in an effort to protect both our patients and staff members during these unprecedented times: 1) We will be pre-screening all patients to their appointment and again at the entrance to the ...office. 2) We will be taking temperature checks for patients upon entry of the clinic. 3) We require that patients wear a face mask when entering our office and after the appointment when you are interacting with our front office team. 4) We ask that you please use the hand sanitizer or wash hands when entering and before leaving the office. 5) We ask that you arrive for your appointment at your scheduled time, should you arrive early, we ask that you wait inside your car or outside the office to improve social distancing efforts. (Please text or call the office to virtually check in for your appointment) 6) We will limit the number of patients in the reception area at any given time. We ask that you do not bring any other person or family members into the office with you unless required for physical assistance or if accompanying a minor for their appointment. 7) Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for all clinical and administrative staff, including masks for all team members; N95 (or equivalent) masks, face shields and gowns for the clinical team as required. 8) Cleaning and disinfecting of the reception area more frequently and as needed. 9) Daily temperature and symptoms check of all staff members. 10) Extra time scheduled between patients’ appointments to allow thorough cleaning and disinfection of treatment rooms and equipment.
