Good morning everyone, not sure if I would eat these cookies with my morning coffee as they are 8 years old . These were made for us by Cake and Loaf for our first anniversary . We were celebrating at Upper Gage Garage alone with Manual Labour Coffee and I believe Gorilla Cheese, as well as Cupcake Diner were there. Looking forward to many more anniversaries . Well folks Jim couldn’t finish his video because his emotions would not allow him to get it all out, and there’s no way I could do it. But I will finish by writ...ing that Dan Lawrence has been trying to help by finding property to put our truck also. And Mr.Dishke from Home Hardware for considering his property. Thank you. A huge shout out and about 20 takes after, I knew he wouldn’t make it to, is Shari Harding from Pita Pit, who was willing to put our food in her Pita Pit. Crazy Unbelievable extraordinary Big Hearted Person. Thank you All of our other fans that have offered their personal driveways. Sorry, but that’s a no no! Thank you. To my neighbours that are calling government to stop the madness. Thank you. My husband and I have been working hard for the last 9 years bringing our fans fresh food. We have travelled all across Ontario in the truck and have learned many things. One, was that winter really sucks for food trucks. Freezing pipes, steel floors, a hood fan that relentlessly pulls all cold air in and hot air out. It took the first two years driving to Toronto in the winter to realize this wasn’t working. That’s when the Caledonia arena came up for tender and we jumped at the opportunity. For the last six years, we have been providing patrons to the rink breakfast lunch and dinner and have built it to now taking care of Caledonia, Hagersville and Tillsonburg. But then COVID-19 hit and our hockey world has been reduced to zero and food trucks have no chance in the winter snow. We aren’t allowed to serve take out from the community centre so are back on our truck. We didn’t think we would ever have to go back in the truck, in the winter, but here we are, back at square one, just 10 years older.
